As much as possible you shold not pay attention to voices or visual alucinations because is worse as you increase them. try to do other things in order not to think in the illness. Don't see yourself as a victim all this things can help you..try to find a goal in your life or a hooby so that your mind focus on it.

I dont have what u have but i suffer with insomnia cant sleep also im on xanax for anxiety attacks that ruined my life im on seroquel 200mg it help alot for me to sleep but did make me feel like a zombie untill i got used to it.i wish u good luck i no u will have a great future ❤️‍🩹💯😎😀

Hi. Do you know good video games for people with schizophrenia? On ps4. I saw something called a flame in the flood which looks pretty cool. Ive found indi games is what i think is cool. Maybe where you have to work together or figure things out, preferably together with other players online. Maybe also meet people. Preferably not with too much violence or too much addictive sides

People are so consumed with contemporary life that they’re literally losing their humanity. Speaking for myself, I isolate from those people (even family members) because I can’t relate to them anymore. I dont have Facebook, insta, tik tok or any of these social media platforms. They took our humanity away from us. People don’t even realize like if you really think about it, face book. Literally stealing people’s identity and using it as data. Smh I’d rather be alone with the exception of finding people like you to talk to about things like this in the world.

I went to a haunted attraction by myself once. There were hundreds of people there and not one person was there alone. Everyone had at least one companion. I drew a little bit of attention but not as bad as I thought. I had a good time but I admit there were moments when I was waiting on line looking at all of these people in groups laughing and socializing and felt uncomfortable But then I thought about why I didn’t have anybody to go with, & I realized that I would probably prefer to be there alone as opposed to being there with “friends”. People that are there for a short period of time in your life and probably don’t really give a shit about you or don’t stick around for another 20 years. Would a friend be nice to have? Yes but not if I can’t trust them 100% or feel like they’re just there for the moment. I’ve only just started watching your videos Jacob and obviously don’t know you well at all but I totally understand where you’re coming from.

I had my first episode and am not schizophrenic yet - i have schizophreniform and already so many things you said resonate already. I feel like my brain is jumping up and down, minute I get stressed I start thinking people are attacking me through social media, making comments directed at me and coming after me at the shops yelling at me that i’m a slut or all these things. It feels like I could get a little too into the delusion and just get chucked into hospital again, people see psychosis and they just get scared and want to put you away.

I have sever tactile hallucinations, it used to control my body and I had no control over what my body did fir hours sometimes days,it was torture, Hell.I hear and see things but I been tak8ng my meds so all of that mostly stop,not completely but tactile is still here I feel bugs ,spiders,ants,itchy,spider webs,and static,mistly on my face for some reason but it's all over and it gets worse when Im stressed ,I hate it I wish it'll just go away 😔😮‍💨
